Ingredients

5 oz lean beef

Part A:
2 T soy sauce
1 T sesame oil
1 t sugar
1/2 cooking wine
Crushed garlic
Roasted sesame seeds
Finely chopped green onion
1 3/4 oz bean thread noodles (a clear noodle)
1 green onion
4 dried Black mushrooms, soaked in water
1 carrot
1 green pepper
2/3 t salad oil
salt and pepper

Part B:
1 t roasted sesame seeds
2/3 t soy sauce
1/2 t sugar
1/3 t sesame oil
Crushed garlic
Black pepper
MSG


Methods

In salted boiling water, cook bean thread noodles 3-4 minutes until transparent. Drain and cut them into 2 1/2 inch length and set aside. Cut beef and make it into thin strips. Combine Part A ingredients to make marinate, and add beef.  Also set aside to marinate.  Slice green onion diagonally. Cut mushrooms into strips. Cut carrot and green pepper into thin strips too. Heat salad oil and add green onion. Cook briefly and season with salt and pepper. In the same manner cook all vegetables. Heat salad oil and cook beef strips in separate pan. Combine part B Ingredients, then add bean threads and mix well.  Add vegetables and beef to that.   Toss together and serve.
